We also offer full repair service in our workshop at very competitive rates insuring that the products you buy from us will always be supported outside of warranty. Our engineers can help troubleshoot, repair and upgrade your computer with the minimum fuss, cost and jargon possible.

Shipping

All UK goods will be dispatched by overnight carrier or Royal mail and the customer will be notified of the date sent, usually with in two days of receipt of cleared funds.

Delivery will be made Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30pm and will need to be signed for. Should no one be available to sign for the good they will be returned to the courierÕs depot and a card left at the delivery address, re-delivery will be made next day. Should 2 attempts of delivery fail the customer could incur further delivery charges.

Should any delay in delivering your goods occur you will be notified at the time of the order. Delivery of goods shall be made to UK mainland addresses only and must be signed for. The address will be the one registered with your card issuer, unless you request otherwise and we agree to such a request (at our sole discretion).

Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions processed by KIT UK Ltd These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and supersede all previous editions.

Orders and contract

The invitation to you to order goods from us is not an offer by us to sell to you goods of the specification and description at the price indicated.
Your order is an offer to us to buy the goods of the specification and description at the price indicated. Wherever possible we will accept your order to supply the goods of the specification and description at the price indicated once availability and payment validation has been confirmed.
Should it not be possible to accept your order to buy the goods of the specification and description at the price shown we will contact you by telephone or e-mail.

Payment and funds

All goods will remain the property of KIT UK Ltd until payment is made in full.

No goods will be despatched until payment has been made and funds cleared.

All major credit cards and debit cards accepted.
We will also accept electronic transfer and BACS. (Please allow up to 7 working days for clearance before shipping.)
Direct cash payment in HSBC branch (account detail on request ).

In addition we will supply against purchase orders for goods from:

Local authorities
Education
Financial and other official corporate bodies at our discretion.

Price and description

All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT.

A full VAT invoice will be supplied with your delivery.

All information supplied is subject to no errors or omissions being found when processing the order. Any such errors or omissions will be notified and discussed with the customer prior to accepting the order. Should the price of any goods be wrongly quoted on the website we reserve the right not to fulfil the order. We will use our best endeavours to avoid such errors.

Warranty

All products refurbished by KIT UK Ltd carry a warranty and will be quoted in the description nothing has less than 90 days warranty!, all new products will come with a min 1 year warranty ether with KIT UK Ltd or manufacture.

Laptop batteries are not covered by warranty, However we expect you to received a working battery with your laptop, should your battery hold less than 30min of charge please contact us within 7 days of receiving your laptop.

Dell graded 1 Laptops come to us with 3 years manufactures next business day warranty, this means the remaining warranty will change depending on how long the product has been in stock, very unlikely to be less than 1000 days remaining warranty

We offer a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee if not satisfied with your purchase (excluding shipping costs). A full refund will only be made if the goods are returned in exactly the same condition as despatched and in the original packing. Customer is responsible for cost of returning the goods.

The warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse by the customer, software is not covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for cost of returning goods with appropriate Insurance.

Should you need to send your product back to us under warranty you must obtain a returns number from us before returning the goods. KIT UK Ltd reserve the right to levy charges for restocking, handling, for administration and shipping where the returned item is deemed to be correctly supplied and free from defect.

Non faulty returned goods will incur a 20% restocking fee this will be deducted from your purchase price along with any shipping cost before refunding.

Should in the unlikely advent that KIT UK Ltd are unable to be repair any faulty goods KIT UK Ltd will replace the goods, should this option be unavailable then KIT UK Ltd will offer a replacement to the equivalent value and specification or a full refund excluding shipping costs.

Warranty/refunds are void if there is physical damage to the unit unless it is notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
